FunnyCanadian Comedians Make Your Client Appreciation Successful

Canadian comedians have been getting the job done in Canada for years and years. Not just the job of touring from comedy club to comedy club across the huge country of Canada – but making people at Corporate Events laugh from one coast to the other.

Most of the time a company or a committee hiring a comedian is looking for the following:

  • A way to make an event memorable for the audience or clients
  •

  • A clean comedy show that won’t offend future customes or current employees
  •

  • A genuinely entertaining show
  •

  • An interactive experience where the comedian or performer connects with the audience
  •

  • An individual entertainer who is easy to deal with
  •

Canadian comedians have been booked into corporate events for years because several of them can accomplish all of the above…and then some.

Most of the time a hiring committee or an event planner has a simple goal in mind when they consider a corporate comedian. They want the evening to be fun. The people assembled might have attended meetings all day or paid attention to keynote speakers. The audience might be made up of clients who made a special commitment to attend the event. Those attending may have come straight from work and are looking forward to seeing other employees get awards or maybe receive a bonus themselves.

So once the audience is there and some fine food and good beverages have been consumed, a clean Canadian comedian can take care of the rest. The evening will always end on a high note.

An event planner or company planning group want to make sure they consider the following when hiring one of Canada’s accomplished corporate comedians:

  • Define clean comedy among your group. Get the comedian’s interpretation of clean comedy and check a previous reference. Nobody will lie or hide anything, it’s just that clean comedy is a subjective term open to several interpretations.
  •

  • Check the comedian’s previous shows and see if the performer has performed at an event similar to yours. You can be more confident at your Golf Tourney and Dinner if the comedian has done other Golfing events before.
  •

  • Make sure you consider where the comedian will be placed in the program, how long the program will run and how fatigued your audience will be. The best placement is at the end of the program, but nothing kills a show more than a program that runs long with a tired audience ready to leave.
